I have received several parent/ teacher scheduling forms and have begun filling in the time slots. Please understand that appointments are made as forms are returned, so your first choice may not be available. I would appreciate it if you could provide at least two times you are able to meet. Please return the form to me by tomorrow so I have time to adjust the appointments as necessary. Once I have my schedule completed, I will send home a note confirming our meeting time.
Also, I sent home a pre-conference form with the children today. Please take a moment to fill it out. This will ensure that we have a productive meeting and address any concerns you may have.
