I sent home Parent/ Teacher Conference forms today. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, April 17 and Wednesday, April 18. Please take a moment to fill in your preferred time. I will note each time as the forms are turned in. If there is a scheduling conflict, I will notify you of times that I have available. I am looking forward to meeting with you!
Now for the homework...
Math - Survey due tomorrow; follow the example I showed you in class, be sure to include three sentences about your data (i.e. Most of the students surveyed chose blue as their favorite color. The students' least favorite color was yellow.) as well as a sentence about how you could make your survey better, and finally, please make it neat!!!
Reading - Preview My Name is Maria Isabel, look over the illustrations (pictures) to get an idea of what the story is about, and make flashcards for the key vocabulary words on p. 390
Spelling - Write words 11-20 on p. 257 in the Reading Practice Book, under My Name is Maria Isabel, two times each
