Hello Students and Parents:
It was a lovely first day in 4th grade. Most of the day was spent doing activities to get to know one another as well as going over rules and procedures.
The only homework is for the children to begin preparing for a brief, informal presentation about their summer. They may use pictures, video, maps, or souvenirs. This will be a good way for the students to talk about their vacations and become more comfortable speaking in front of groups.
It is going to be a wonderful year!
